Freemasonry welcomes men of every country, religion, race, age, income, education, and opinion. Any man of good character who believes in a higher power and is of legal age can seek membership in our fraternity.
Requirements for Membership
To join Freemasonry, you must:
- Be a male at least 18 years of age.
- Believe in the existence of a Supreme Being. While this belief is essential, Freemasonry does not concern itself with specific theological distinctions or religious beliefs.
- Be of good moral character.
- Have a genuine interest in personal growth and development.
- Make your decision to join of your own free will, without pressure from others.
- Have a favorable opinion of Freemasonry.
- Be willing to learn and embrace the traditions and customs of our fraternity.
- Seek membership for reasons unrelated to personal gain or profit.
How to Begin the Process
Starting your journey in Freemasonry is straightforward:
- Reach out to a Freemason you know and ask for guidance, or
- We welcome visitors and prospective members to join us for dinner before our monthly meetings on the first Thursday of each month (September through June) at 6:00 PM, or
- Contact Pinal Lodge 30 directly to request a membership petition.
Once you express interest, members of our lodge will review your petition, meet with you personally, answer any questions you have, and go over next steps in the process.
